Meet The noble Hospice Team

Josh Buchanan - Founder/CEO

Joshua Buchanan has been servicing the healthcare industry since 2008 with a background in business operations and development. Since starting in the healthcare field, he has had the opportunity to represent multiple lines of business, including DME and Medical Home Health, before finding his ultimate passion, Hospice care.

Joshua decided to branch out in co-creating Noble Hospice with a mission of providing innovative, high-quality patient-centered hospice care. He lives and practices the concept of servant leadership with patients as the ultimate focus.

Josh is truly passionate about hospice care. There is no greater example of servant leadership than providing a patient with dignity and comfort during their last days while simultaneously providing compassionate care to their loved ones.

Furthermore, his innovative approach to healthcare has allowed Noble to pivot on a patient-by-patient basis to provide unique care based on the patients’ medical and psychosocial needs that can only be met with an organization that provides the ultimate level of personalized, intimate care.

On a personal level, Joshua loves nothing more than spending time with his two boys that are heavily involved with soccer and ice hockey. He married his high school sweetheart that has been by his side during his entire healthcare career and fully supports and loves the Noble Hospice mission.

Koruon Daldalyan – Founder / Medical Director

Dr. Koruon Daldalyan began his medical career with the United States Army when he signed up to be a combat medic. He completed his training, then ventured off to additional training in the military to become a licensed practical (vocational) nurse. After completing his military duties, he returned home and started working as an LPN in home health. He then progressed into the field of hospice. He gained significant knowledge while caring for patients in need in their last stage of life. He then went off to medical school and became a physician. What most interested Dr. Daldalyan was the psychology behind hospice, essentially the acceptance of death as the last stage of life. Furthermore, while completing his residency training in internal medicine and geriatric care, he began to submerse himself within the business end of hospice. He had started multiple hospice agencies that eventually sold to large corporations.

Dr. Daldalyan is involved with a busy medical practice in Los Angeles, California. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his newborn baby girl and his wife. He also enjoys staying active and playing the piano, specifically classical pieces from Chopin.

Roshel Gottron - Director of Nursing

She has been a vital member of our team from the beginning. After supporting Noble in a PRN capacity for the first year, she decided to follow her heart and accepted a position as our Director of Nursing. Roshel brings years of nursing experience to Noble Hospice. She has worked in many levels of care and has held multiple leadership roles over the years.

Roshel believes that good quality patient care stems from the heart and is fueled by dedication and the desire to make a difference not just for our patients but their families as well. Throughout the majority of her career, Roshel provided hands-on care to memory care patients and knows that her true passion is in caring for those affected by dementia. Roshel is honored to be entrusted with the opportunity to make even the smallest difference for our patients and their families throughout their end-of-life journey.

Roshel finds strength and inspiration in her husband, children, and grandchildren, who are frequent reminders to enjoy the small things that life has to offer. In her free time, Roshel enjoys spending time with her family, running, swimming and paragliding.

Elizabeth Dunning - Administrator

Elizabeth has received her BA in Communications from the University of Arizona and later earned her RN from Pima Medical Institute. She began her nursing career as a CNA and soon moved on to work as an LPN. These hands-on positions have given her a unique perspective as to the challenges both patients and caregivers face. As an RN, she has worked in multiple levels of care. She has also held several management/director roles but truly enjoys direct patient care above all else. Beth's work with vulnerable patients over the years has led her to work with the most vulnerable of all, those in their last days of life. She is truly a passionate caregiver at heart.

Beth joined Noble Hospice as a founding employee. She brings that full complement of practical nursing and management experience to her role at Noble. The drive for excellence, which is fundamental to the entire Noble Team, allows her to continually improve processes and develop innovative policies that benefit the seriously ill. She is driven to provide the highest quality care and is especially proud of the team's efforts to surpass their patients' and families' expectations continually.

You'll find Beth caring for her three sons, one daughter, four cats and husband, Craig, and a U of A graduate at home. In fact, the entire family is steeped in the Wildcat tradition. Her oldest son, Dexter, recently graduated from U of A, Andrew is a senior there, and Alex will enter as a freshman next fall. Their youngest child, Amanda, is a Sophomore at Hamilton High School. When not rooting for the Wildcats, you will find the family skiing, playing board games, talking to their cats, traveling, and entertaining family and friends.

NADINE HARTMAN - DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES

Nadine Hartman, Director of Social Services, received her bachelor's degree is social work from Southern Illinois University. Upon graduating with her BSW, Nadine worked with adults with developmental disabilities, both as a direct support person and in management. This work experience sparked her passion for patient advocacy. Working with a vulnerable population drove Nadine to pursue her master's degree in social work. Her studies focused on social work in the healthcare setting and meeting and coordinating the needs of geriatric individuals.

After receiving her MSW from the University of Southern California, Nadine began her healthcare career in Arizona. Her experience working in the acute rehab and skilled nursing setting eventually led Nadine to her goal of working with hospice patients.

Nadine joined Noble Hospice in January of 2020.

Nadine's values matched those of Noble's mission and existing leadership team. Providing an excellent standard of care has been the foundation of Noble's practice. Working in this setting allows Nadine to help meet psychosocial needs of her patients while simultaneously navigating them through their healthcare journey.

When Nadine is not at work, you will find her enjoying family time with her husband and their foster children. They enjoy spending time playing, cooking and entertaining their three dogs.
